Who is Yuta Okkotsu?
Yuta Okkotsu was the main protagonist of the prequel of Jujutsu Kaisen named ‘Jujutsu Kaisen 0’. Even then, he had a pretty strong portrayal. Yuta is a special grade sorcerer, which is very rare in the world of Jujutsu Kaisen.
Yuta’s story is kind of similar to our protagonist of the main series. He was also cursed with a strong spirit and was set for the execution. However, he got taken in by Gojo, and he registered in Tokyo Jujutsu Tech school. As the new chapters drop, we will surely get more information on this mysterious character.
What Makes Yuta Okkotsu Stronger?
Is Yuta Okkotsu strong? There are a lot of reasons, Yuta to be the strongest Jujutsu Sorcerer. The way Yuta is getting initial hype by the characters in the series suggests that he is a huge deal. Also, he’s a special grade sorcerer, which already makes him one of the strongest people in the world.
The biggest advantage that Yuta has is the amount of cursed energy he has stored within him. With that much amount of energy, he could easily rival Gojo Satoru in a battle. It gets confirmed in a battle between Yuta and Itadori that Yuta possesses more amount of cursed energy than Gojo.
Another point to notice about Yuta is his control over energy. We haven’t seen much in that aspect, but from what we know, it is evident that he’s pretty strong in that department.
However, it isn’t easy to speculate how Yuta will fare against Gojo when it comes to controlling. Gojo may still have the edge over him in terms of control.

From the information that is available to us right now, we can conclude that Yuta may not necessarily be stronger than Gojo at the moment. There are many external factors like weak physical strength and lack of experience that don’t support the argument of Yuta being stronger.
