All new Redmi Note 6 Pro has hit the market today, and the Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi claims that the company has sold more than 6 lakh units of the smartphone on the first day of its sale. Coincidentally, the first-day sale of the phone clashed with the Black Friday sale which saw discounts of Rs 1,000 on both the variants of the smartphone. Apart from this, the other offers that were available on the smartphone were an instant discount of Rs 500 for HDFC credit and debit card users and Rs 2400 cashback from Jio and 6TB of additional data too.
The cashback offer of Rs 2400 from Reliance Jio was applicable after recharging the phone with ₹299 plan. Following the recharge, the users will be provided with 24 vouchers worth Rs 100 each. Besides this, Reliance Jio also provided an offer as per which an additional 100% 4G data will be valid on the plans above Rs 198 for four recharges.
All new Redmi Note 6 Pro is available for sale on Mi.com, Mi Home stores and the online retailer Flipkart. Amidst the Black Friday sale, a second surprise sale was also offered over the online retailers at 3 pm today. The same discounts were available on the second sale as well.

Talking about the features and specification of the smartphone, Redmi Note 6 Pro has a 6.26-inch display with a notch and the phone draws its power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, which is the same processor that was used in earlier model Note 5 Pro. With 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, the phone runs on Android Oreo 8.1 with MIUI 10 running atop. Regarding the connectivity part, the phone has Bluetooth v5.0, 4G VoLTE, and Wi-Fi. The phone has a big 4,000mAh battery and has a fingerprint sensor at the back.
