The Wanted’s Tom Parker was clinically diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour.
The 32-year old singer – that comes with a 15-month-old kid and can be defined to welcome his second child with wife Kelsey – includes period 4 glioblastom and physicians have advised him that the tumour is inoperable.
Tom advised OK! Magazine:”I am still in shock, it is so far to consider in.”
His partner explained:”It’s really been a crazy six months. We had an inkling that something was incorrect in July, but we could have envisioned that it was that.”
Tom has not asked physicians for a prediction however, the lifetime expectancy ranges between three to 18 weeks.
The’Glad You Came’ hitmaker stated:”I knew that something was not correct, but I never expected this to be such. You never believe that this may happen to you.”
The singer has started a course of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
Tom was a sin in July and has been put on a waiting list to get the MRI scan involving the coronavirus pandemic.
And six months after, he had a second more acute seizure and had been rushed into hospital.
Because of COVID-19, Kelsey could not function with Tom if he had been told he’d period 4 glioblastoma.
The few shared with the dreadful information on Instagram about Monday afternoon (12. 10. 20) and pledged to”fight this all of the way” by increasing awareness and exploring the remedies out there.
They wrote:”Hey guys, you understand that we have been silent on social websites for a couple of weeks and it is time to inform you .
“There is no simple way to say that but I have regrettably been diagnosed with a Brain Tumour and I am currently undergoing therapy.
“We decided, after a great deal of thought, which instead of hiding away and attempting to help keep it a mystery, we’d do you interview at which we can lay out all the details and let everybody know the details in our own manner.
“We’re all totally devastated but we’re gont fight that all of the way. We do not want your despair, we only want positivity and love and together we’ll increase awareness of the horrible disease and search for all available treatment choices.
“It is gonna be a hard struggle but with everyone’s support and love we will conquer this. Tom and Kelsey xxx.”
