Tokyo Revengers is an anime adaptation of manga series of the same name. It centers on Takemichi, a middle-aged guy who weeps for the death of his friends. With his friend Naoto, he finds a way to travel back in time and save his lover and friend.
Tokyo Revengers’ story is themed around time traveling. Takemichi goes back in past and manipulates some events to prevent the tragedy that will take place in the future. In Tokyo Revengers Episode 14 recap, Mikey has gathered all members of Toman to make an announcement it’s about the appointment of the new captain of the 3rd Squad.
New Captain
Mikey reveals the new captain who is going to be Kisaki. The same person who was behind the death of everyone in the future. Takemichi realizes this and becomes emotional on the spot. He couldn’t hold himself back and punches Kisaki in the face.
Everyone is shocked to see this sight. Just then Baji returns and starts beating up Takemichi. Baji reveals that he is going to leave Toman and joining Valhalla. With this, the captain of the first squad is gone. This turnaround has put all members of Toman in shambles. Kisaki gets up and punches Takemichi in the face to return the favor. He falls unconscious.
Mikey’s Request
Takemichi lies unconscious and when he wakes up, he finds Mikey sitting beside him. Mikey has a favor to ask him. He begins to give him a bit of history behind the foundation of Toman. Its founding members included Mikey, Draken, Mitsuki, Pah, and Baji.
Baji has left the group and Takemichi is tasked with bringing him back. If he doesn’t complete the task, Mikey will kill him. Meanwhile, Mikey catches Mitsuki eavesdropping on the conversation. He asks him to take Takemichi under his wings. When they leave Takemichi finds a photo with the founding members of Toman. In that photo, there’s a sixth person with a tattoo on his neck.

Numbers Game
Takemichi reveals the assignment given to him by Mikey. If he doesn’t complete it before Toman and Valhalla engage in a fight, Mikey will finish him. Knowing that there’s no fixed date for the fight, his time is running out.
“Gang Dex” goes on to explain the structure of Toman. There are a total of 5 divisions and each division has 20 people in it. This means that Toman has 100 members overall. However, with the addition of Kisaki, Toman has become a unit of 50 men. Kisaki has brought 50 men along with him who were formerly a member of Mobius.
Meeting Kazutora
The other part of Mobius is now lead by Hanama who has gone to join the Valhalla group. Now because of this, Valhalla has become 300 members strong. Its captain has no identity and right now Hanama is acting as a temporary leader and second in command. Its third captain is Kazutora.
Kazutora arrives in the class to meet with Takemichi. Through his tattoo, Akkun discovers that he must be Kazuto. He asks others to be wary of him. Kazutora takes Takemichi with him to Valhalla headquarters. Over there, he wants him to meet everyone.
