Titans hooker plays it safe as Palm Beach pad goes to auction

The two-level house at 35 Twenty Fifth Street, Palm Beach is going to be put into auction.

Gold Coast Titans soccer league player Nathan Peats has been slowing the logistics of placing his own Palm Beach land to advertise while adhering to rigorous NRL guidelines which prohibit any contact out of training and home.

The four-bedroom home at 35 Twenty Fifth Street was home for the last 3 years to its Peats, who wed in Gilston Manor this past year and are expecting their third child in October.

1 block back from the beach and a brief stroll into Tallebudgera Creek, the house’s place was perfect for a family.

“it is a wonderful place to bring children up and we certainly need to return,” Mr Peats explained.

“It is a breaking suburb and we are in the quieter end therefore that it’s a truly top place.”

Modern and spacious design indoors, the pair has created advancements such as a brand new entertaining deck along with atro turf for simple upkeep.

“You are able to open up the doors, turn to the surround sound and revel in a beer on the deck while the children are in the pool,” explained Mr Peats.

With two major living areas was a bonus, but it is the guy cave which the hooker will overlook the most.

“I have a major sofa in there together with Foxtel, a pool table plus a refrigerator for those beverages,” he explained.

Apart from information

The brand new deck is perfect for entertaining family members and friends.

The voucher effort, being managed with LJ Hooker’s Jo Elwin, comes after five seasons with the Titans to get 30-year old Peats who’s keeping all options open September.

“I am not too certain what the future holds,” he explained.

“We only thought selling the home would make it a lot easier to transitionbe that to a different club [in Australia] or abroad I simply don’t understand yet.”

The household entertainer is near the shore and Tallebudgera Creek.

The Sydney-born hooker left his NRL debut with South Sydney and proceeded to play three seasons using Paramatta before registering up with the Titans at 2016.

Career highlights include five looks with all the Indigenous All Stars and donning the NSW jersey from the 2017 State of Origin series.
