The Lion King’s Live-Action
The live-action Disney movie, The Lion King recently got its worldwide premiere. The new live-action flick is a remake of the 1994 Oscar-winning film. Disney came up with distinctive photographic tech for bringing a classic masterpiece to life. Donald Grover lends his voice as Simba who prepares his entire life to meet up with his destiny.
Simba went into the exile by his uncle scar, Chiwetel Ejiofor lends the voice of Scar in The Lion King. The Lion King comes after the live-action release of Aladdin and Dumbo. The live-action of The Lion King comes from the mind of Jon Favreau. Critics are calling The Lion King as a visual masterpiece according to some of the critics across the world.
How are the critics responding to the movie?
According to Adam B. Vary, he has never seen anything like this, lately. Vary also said that the movie changes the way they people look at the film forever. The film is more of an emotional experience, and people will notice that lions in the film can emote.
Beyonce Knowles voices Nala, Billy Eichner, Seth Rogen voice Timon and Pumba respectively. Alfre Woodard, John Oliver lend their voices for Sarabi and Zazu, respectively. There is only one voice actor that has not changed in the 2019 live-action remake, and that is James Earl Jones as Mufasa.
After the release of Aladdin, Disney enjoys massive success. Moreover, the live-action remake of Aladdin made a worldwide gross of around $920 million. The live-action remake of Aladdin didn’t receive much praise from the critics, however, it was a box office hit. The Lion King is getting approval from the critics as well as the audience from around the world.
The Lion King is set to release in theatres around the world on the 19th of July 2019. It is like everything has become HAKUNA MATATA for the live-action version of The Lion King.
