Google CEO Sundar Pichai is incorporating yet another obligation to his occupation: Pichai are also the CEO of parent holding firm Alphabet moving ahead, carrying the helm out of co-founder and longtime CEO Larry Page.
Also, co-founder Sergey Brin will be resigning from his post as the president of Alphabet. Brin and Page collectively announced the direction shift at a blog article Tuesday afternoon, composing:
“Alphabet and Google no more want 2 CEOs and also a President. Moving ahead, Sundar are the CEO of Google and Alphabet. He’ll be the executive accountable and responsible for top Google, and handling Alphabet’s investment on our portfolio of different Bets.”
