Sempra wins authorities OK for 3.6B Peru bargain (NYSE:SRE)

Sempra Energy (NYSE:SRE) states it obtained all necessary government approvals for the sale of its company lineup in Peru.

Sempra claims that the selling to China Yangtze Power International, that comprises its 83.6% stake in Luz del Surn will create $3. 59B at total cash profits.

The business also is moving ahead with the sale of its midsize company to State Grid International Development for $1. 23B.
