” The Crucible team declared the information via a last programmer upgrade on its website, detailing the options that resulted in its decision to close the game down only six months later it was released before in May this season.
The submitted noted that the group has finished work on new features and enhancements recorded in its own roadmap after the match’s return to closed beta in July. The group then looked into participant feedback to assess the potential of Crucible.
“That test led us into a tough conclusion: we will be quitting growth on Crucible,” explained the programmer. “We appreciate the manner our supporters have rallied around our attempts, and we have loved viewing your answers to the changes we have made during the past couple of months, but finally we did not observe a healthful, sustainable future before Crucible.”
Leading to the final of Crucible, the group will be hosting community parties in-game on the match official Discord, together with matchmaking to become handicapped afterwards. Additionally, support for custom matches will continue till noon PST on November 9.
Relentless Games can also be offering players complete refunds for any purchases made in the sport. Moving ahead, it is going to disable all purchases. The refunds will encourage purchases made through Steam and Amazon.
After the close of Crucible, the group in Relentless Games will change their attention to New World along with other Amazon Games jobs.
