A girl is in custody after being”unruly” on a trip from Calgary to Toronto on Monday night, RCMP say.
At approximately 6:30 p.m., officials responded to a disturbance phone on a plane which landed at Winnipeg, based on Manitoba RCMP.
The flight departed from Calgary and had a stopover at Winnipeg before going into the final destination of Toronto.
When officers arrived at the gate that they had been advised that a girl turned into”unruly” after she discovered that the flight was quitting in Winnipeg, authorities said.
Mounties got to the airplane and asked the girl to leave the aircraft.
Authorities said she finally agreed but continued “belligerent” behavior towards officers as well as the flight team.
The girl allegedly continued to be”unkind and belligerent” as slaves escorted her from the airplane, authorities said.
