New Orleans Residents Fill Sandbags Ahead of Tropical Storm Sally

New Orleans residents ready sandbags before Tropical Storm Sally, that was predicted to attract strong winds and flooding into the area from Monday, September 14, according to the National Hurricane Center (NHC). The NHC said the storm would bring”life threatening” flash flood to portions of the Gulf, such as parts of the Florida panhandle and Louisiana.
