Married At First Sight’s seventh year eventually came to an end on Sunday night.

But audiences only have to see half of the couples really sit facing the relationship pros and reflect in their (largely ) unsuccessful relationships.

Regardless of the fact 24 participants had assembled for the reunion, several of these were edited and given only a couple of seconds of airtime.

A source told Daily Mail Australia there have been 2 reasons why a few couples were not revealed they were too controversial, or too dull.

‘The manufacturers wanted to end the season with a bang and a number of the couples’ sections were simply dull and there wasn’t anything left to say’ the British stated.

‘Their problems had been solved earlier in the year, therefore that they needed to concentrate on the larger storylines’. 

The exes that hardly appeared on display were: Amanda Micallef and Tash Herz, Josh Pihlak along with Cathy Evans, Chris Nicholls along with Vanessa Romito, Poppy Jennings along with Luke Eglin, Natasha Spencer along with Mikey Pembroke, along with Drew Brauer and KC Osborne.
