Jaimi Kenny, that the daughter of former Olympians Lisa Curry and Grant Kenny, has died aged 33 following a struggle with a long-term disease.
Mr Kenny, a winner Iron Man and kayaker, along with Ms Curry, ” an elite soldier, confirmed the information at a joint announcement on Monday.
“It’s with an extremely heavy heart that Lisa and I affirm our lovely kid Jaimi has lost her struggle using a long term sickness and passed away peacefully at hospital that morning in the business of adoring household,” the announcement read.
“Jaimi will forever be remembered as a caring, bright and loving soul who always put others ahead of herself,” the announcement read.
“our hearts have been broken and that the pain is so astounding but we need to proceed cherishing every terrific moment we must talk with our cherished first kid.
“We invite the unbelievable team in the Sunshine Coast University Hospital because of their tireless devotion to creating her giving us all of the additional time we could spend with her”
Ms Curry shared photographs of Jaimi for her Instagram accounts to observe 33rd birthday June 25, revealing the young girl for a kid and as a kid with her younger sisters.
