The rapper’s lawyer, Bradford Cohen, informs TMZ… Kodak was newly moved to USP Thomson, also a high-security jail at Illinois, in which KB states the guards are still handling him greater than at Kentucky.
Kodak’s reversal of scene comes after we reported his litigation that the Federal Bureau of Prisons for alleged torture… that he maintained his life had been a living hell in Large Sandy maximum security prison.”
The BOP informs us Kodak was moved out of Big Sandy to FTC Oklahoma City on Oct. 5 — only two months later Kodak filed his suit and a couple of days after, Kodak was moved to Thomson.
BTW… that the BOP informs us FTC Oklahoma City functions as a transportation centre, which explains the reason why the feds transferred Kodak again soon after his birth.
Kodak’s lawyer says he talked with KB about the telephone Wednesday, also KB advised him that he was happy to be outside of Big Sandy. 1 reason — Cohen states Kodak advised him that the guards in Thomson are much more professional.
We approached prison officers to discover the reason behind the transport, but they wouldn’t comment.
While Kodak’s lawyer states that the rapper is currently in a much better position than previously, it is still not perfect… he is currently 1,500 miles away from his loved ones from Florida, that will make it tougher for them to see, if they get the opportunity.
We are told Kodak’s not pleased with his visitation and commissary scenario, asserting he has only been in a position to talk to his legal staff following a year’s struggle with guards at a Miami prison.
Kodak’s lawyer informs us he expects to find the rapper’s rights entirely reinstated over the upcoming few months.
