Based on the manga series of the same name, Kaguya Sama Love is War is an ongoing anime series produced by A-1 Pictures. It is a romantic comedy anime that takes place in a highly prestigious school where students from elite households come for education.

In Kaguya Sama Love is War season 3 episode 4 recap, the photographer comes to photograph the members of the student council.
Photography Session
For Kaguya, phones have always been the tools to communicate with others and nothing else. The photographer arrives requesting student council members to have their photos published in the pamphlet. However, Kaguya doesn’t want it since her family doesn’t allow it.
The photographer instead takes the pictures of others in a couple which consists of Ino and Ishigami and then Fujiwara and Shirogane. However, the photographer says that Shirogane and Shinomiya look more like a couple. Just when they prepare for a group photo, Shinomiya’s phone falls and breaks.
Sleepover
Kaguya asks Fujiwara to have a sleepover at her house. However, they decide to visit Kaguya’s house instead for a sleepover. Hayasaka dresses up as a man and acts as the butler of Kaguya. They both drink and video call Shirogane.
Kei arrives and takes the phone from Shirogane. Fujiwara asks who Shirogane likes and Kei says that he has been talking to someone named Hayasaka these days. Fujiwara misunderstands Hayasaka as the butler. Shinomiya asks who Shirogane likes and dozes off.

Rap Traning
Kei contacts Fujiwara explaining to her to stop her brother from rapping. Fujiwara asks him about it and he says that he wants to improve his rap and show someone how he has improved on something that he’s terrible at.
After listening to Shirogane’s rap, Fujiwara collapses and takes on the task of training him. After several days, Fujiwara herself learns to rap and once she’s done, Shirogane asks her to teach him now that she has learned it. However, Fujiwara has no intention of doing so.
Break for Hayasaka
Hayasaka reveals her true identity to Miyuki. Miyuki calls her and invites her for a date and Kaguya ends up hearing the conversation. Miyuki challenges Hayasaka for a rap battle. He starts rapping and Hayasaka starts crying because of how mediocre it is.
Seeing the scene, Shinomiya also unintentionally starts rapping and conveying her feelings. Hayasaka joins the spree and conveys her feelings through rap. Kaguya gets her message and gives her a break by having her duties split up with someone else.
