We’ve had some teary moments in the last chapter of Jujutsu Kaisen. Yaga and Panda’s backstory is truly heartbreaking. Considering him as a son, it seems like Yaga cared a lot about the Panda. But as it goes the world of Jujutsu is a cruel one. Yaga couldn’t reveal to Jujutsu Society the secret to creating a cursed spirit and hence got executed. Pandas aren’t like humans but they certainly cry as the Panda in Jujutsu Kaisen did after the death of Yaga.
Jujutsu Kaisen is a highly popular manga series currently serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. Created by Gege Akutami, it follows the story of Yuji Itadori, an athletic boy who gets injected into the world of Jujutsu in unusual circumstances.

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 148 is set to release on May 16th, 2021. Unlike other titles of Weekly Shonen Jump, Jujutsu Kaisen is taking an additional one-week break. The magazine didn’t have any release for this week due to Golden Week. Jujutsu Kaisen will be taking a subsequent week to get its upcoming release. What are Spoilers for Jujutsu Kaisen 148?
The raw scans for the chapter haven’t surfaced on the internet yet. The release date of the chapter is way ahead so it might take more time for them to drop soon. For the time being, we can speculate what things can occur in an upcoming release. Here are some probable things that can take place in Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 148.
Panda to Go Rouge
In the last panel, Panda didn’t attack the principal even though he killed Yaga. On asking he said that Pandas aren’t like humans. But still, we can’t deny the possibility that he may take revenge sometime in the future. It’s difficult to presume but the death of his father-like figure can overwhelm his rage. He could go berserk and march towards Jujutsu Society.
The next chapter will give us more hints on what path Panda is going to take. We can’t certainly say he will plot revenge or just grieve for Yaga at the moment.

Yaga’s Backstory
We get a reveal about Panda was just a cursed spirit. He was like a son to him and we see some of their memories in the Yaga’s flashback.
Yaga’s Death
On his way, Yaga meets with one of the members of the Jujutsu Society. He asks Yaga to reveal the method to create an artificial cursed object that can operate on its own. Or else he will face execution. Yaga refuses to reveal any information about it. Gakuganchi arrives and says he will take care of Yaga. He kills Yaga by slashing him across the chest
At the same time, Panda arrives at the death scene but ignores Gakuganchi. The latter asks why he’s not attacking him. To which Panda replies he is not like humans and starts crying seeing the death of Yaga.
