Gentrification Gets Bloody and Deadly in Netflix's Vampires vs. the Bronx Trailer

Gentrification is a really real and current threat in lots of communities, however Netflix’s forthcoming comedy-horror movie Vampires vs. the Bronx requires that notion to new and frightening peaks, just in time for Halloween.

The preview introduces us into some group of Bronx teenagers who will do nothing but watch as their area is based upon by property developers, that have lately started work on turning a church to high tech flats. The children immediately find that the apparently well-meaning”white folks with canvas totes” are now a group of mortal vampires that are equally moving in on lands across the Bronx and murdering residents in an alarming speed. Since this is a film about teens, the adults all appear to be quite futile, meaning it’s around this band of young friends to save their neighborhood in the harmful blood suckers. As one character puts it”We are likely to require some garlic and a few wooden stakes, such as, right the hell today.”

The movie, which will be led at Oz Rodriguez and created by Lorne Michaels, celebrities Jaden Michael, Gerald W. Jones III, Gregory Diaz IV, Sarah Gadon, Chris Redd, Method Man, Shea Whigham, Coco Jones, Vladimir Caamaño, Jeremie Harris, Adam David Thompson, Judy Marte, Richard Bekins, and also Bronx celebrity The Kid Mero, since it would not be a BX film without a Minumum of One half Desus & Mero present.
