‘Entirely automatic’ sub-machine gun captured during drug raid in Toronto: authorities

A 27-year-old Toronto guy is confronting 15 criminal charges after authorities allegedly located money, medications and also a sub-machine gun capable of fully automatic firing through hunts in North York that past week.

Toronto authorities state on Tuesday, officials ran investigations at two places in North York; York Mills Road and Silverdale Crescent, along with Beecroft Road and Sheppard Avenue, additionally hunting two parked cars.

Indoors, authorities allege they saw $40,000 in money, crystal methamphetamine, MDMA and cocaine, worth more than $128,000 in the road.

Investigators also asserted they found two semi automatic handguns and a single sub-machine gun capable of”totally automatic” fire.

In addition they supposedly found two overcapacity magazines to the firearms.

An individual police identified as Salim Slammy was detained and charged 15 offences including possession of a prohibited firearm, possession for the purpose of trafficking and ownership of the profits of crime.

Slammy appeared at court 1000 Finch Avenue West on Wednesday morning.
