The City of Wasaga Beach Was closed to Traffic Later Ontario Provincial Police said Big Audiences at an unsanctioned Automobile rally Bankrupt COVID-19 Amassing rules.

OPP Sgt. Jason Folz said officers are checking ID’s and turning people off who aren’t residents of their town.

Countless auto fans flocked Wasaga Beach this weekend to get a rally featuring classic and modified automobiles.

OPP attracted further officials out of York and Peel areas to control the audiences. The city also installed lumps in many parking lots to dissuade drivers.

Folz said it had been not possible to apply COVID-19 principles this weekend on account of the amount of audiences.

Authorities were out Saturday night using non-lethal firearms to include the parties, Folz said.

Lots of tickets have been issued for stunt driving and other traffic offenses.

The state implemented stricter social assembly constraints earlier this month after a spike in COVID-19 cases.
