Chicago Police Department Overwhelmingly Rejects Use Of Force Limitations Recommended By Community Groups | National News

The Chicago Police Department has rejected 150 suggested modifications to the use of force policies advocated by a community working group who met weekly for weeks to help upgrade the division’s guidelines on how and when officers could take their firearms and deploy tasers or utilize their batons.
