The star stylist educated physicians to turn off the machines instead of having to invest’six weeks sober’ to be eligible for a life threatening liver transplant, according to The Sunday Telegraph.
She’s thought to have created the life-or-death choice while at hospital at Adelaide last Sunday. She died three days afterwards, on April 8, in the time of age 46, after a four-year wellness conflict.

Jo, that had been diagnosed using blood poisoning in overdue 2019, had been put on a life support system in March, just to be discharged and then readmitted.

Jo told the Sydney Morning Herald at January the blood clot was because of a complication in the blood transfusion after a fall down the staircase in 2016.
‘They handed me B-positive and I am A-positive. I’d 9.1 minutes poisonous blood drained out of my bodyI had been near passing and I had six weeks to live,’ she explained.
Jo’s health struggle started in 2016 if she endured the near-fatal collapse, which found her draw entirely out of the spotlight, and resulted in decades of complications.

She explained what occurred in a Facebook post in the moment, writing:’I slid and dropped 27 staircase at my flat in 8:20am on a Sunday and hauled myself out instantly, gashing my temple around the staircase and dropping 4 moments of blood.
‘I had been around for five hours after a friend found me and called the ambulance. I wound up having three blood transfusions and 38 back to the mind. I had been told that I had been 20 moments from departure on account of the blood loss.’
Following the episode, Jo abandoned Sydney and proceeded to Adelaide to be with her loved ones.
Jo’s departure was announced on Thursday with her devastated brother, Scott.
‘I would hate for her entire life to just slide ago today because there were deeper problems which needs to be addressed, even if just to assist people in similar circumstances and stop other people from early departure,’ Scott told The Daily Telegraph.
