CBS Shortens Episode Counts to Scripted Shows

CBS has shifted up the incident counts to get their in-house initial displays.

The system has shortened the incident counts because of their scripted displays amid the coronavirus pandemic, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Dramas show Blue Bloods, Bull, Magnum P.I., NCIS, NCIS: New Orleans and SEAL Team will each run for 16 episodes while NCIS: Los Angeles and humor collection The Neighborhood will possess 18 events.

The Unicorn may possess 13 episodes because of the next season, which has been initially intended.

Traditionally, many CBS reveals get 24 episodes per season.

All two displays — that are made at CBS Studios — may broadcast through the conclusion of this 2020-2021 year, using finales finish in May.

It’s rumored that CBS’ other first shows which are filmed in other studios — such as Mother along with also the FBI franchise — may even have shorter spans.

The briefer incident counts come as comprehensive security protocols were set into position on pair of displays since they return to function involving the pandemic.
