Boyd Gaming (NYSE:BYD) states it’ll set the majority of its own 25K workers on unpaid furlough including all the firm’s casino properties shut.
The business calls the furloughing activity a last resort, however, necessary because of the present lack of visibility involving land re-openings.
The furloughs will start on April 11.
Top Boyd execs will probably be accepting pay cuts. Other cost-savings steps from Boyd comprise canceling all funds projects and exceeding the dividend.
