In Black Clover’s chapter 301 recap, Asta can arrive in time and save Lolopechika from exploding. Since the only first gate of the underworld is open, it’s still a mystery to him how a supreme devil-like Magicula came out.
Noelle Is Not Down
Asta understands that his current state doesn’t allow him to fight someone of that caliber. Magcula spots him and recognizes his identity as dubbed by Vanica. She knows that he can cause a lot of trouble in her plans. She doesn’t waste any time and begins to kill both Vanica and Lolopechika to manifest herself.
Just as she’s about to do that, the curse on Lolopechika vanishes. Noelle gets back up and tells them she’s still there. Magicula notices that Noelle’s magic power keeps on rising and she gets worried. Rill too gets up and activates Twilight of Valhalla. As long as it’s active, no matter the damage they receive, they won’t feel it.
Combined Power
According to Magicula, they are insignificant individually, however, when combined, they can pose trouble. But still, she’s not much worried about it. There are multitudes of bodies lying underground.
Magicula has created 100 bodies of blood and steel ready to attack. Rill tears through them without much of a hitch and Noelle does the same. Noelle finally realizes that she likes Asta and transforms into the final saint stage with the help of Valkyrie.

In any case, Noelle is going to go all out and this seems like the showdown between the two. Asta of course can’t fight right now but he will provide mental support to her. This is not going to be an easy fight for either side and we may discover the winner of it in the next chapter.
The Other Fight
While Magicula fights with Noelle, Rill will have the job of dealing with 100 corpses. He’s going to receive a heavy amount of damage once his magic deactivates. But he doesn’t seem to care much about it. Asta too may not fight Magicula, but he may help Rill in another fight.
