New York, NY — October 14, 2020 — Now, BET+ Declared the Pickup of Fresh First scripted Humor,”Ms. Pat,” from Imagine Television and Lee Daniels Entertainment.
According to Patricia”Ms. Pat” Williams’ rapid-fire humor and memoir, the ten-episode multi-camera sitcom will tell the story of a former convicted felon turned into suburban mother (Ms. Pat), whose hustle and resilient soul was forged around the roads of Atlanta. To much book, she finds herself at conservative middle America along with her husband, performed with J. Bernard Calloway (“City On A Hill”), a battle of a sister performed with Tami Roman (“The Family Business”), along with 2 different sets of children played with Theodore Barnes (“The Prince of Peoria”), newcomer Briyana Guadalupe, along with Vince Swann (“50 Central”), increased under different conditions. Jordan E. Cooper is a playwright and actor that resides in Brooklyn, New York, by Hurst, TX. Jordan received an Obie award for his composing and performance of the drama AIN’T NO MO’, which just finished a high-value world premiere run at The Public Theater. He had been nominated for the Identical play, ” The Drama League’s Distinguished Performance award alongside Bryan Cranston, Laurie Metcalf, also Andrè De Shields. In addition, he starred at the award-winning individual movie”Wolf.” Jordan is also featured in The New York Times, The Hollywood Reporter, and also V Magazine. He also received his BFA in The New School For Drama.
