Apple IOS, MacOS, WatchOS, and tvOS updates
Apple has finally released the most awaited iOS 12.3 across all the iOS devices after curating six developer betas. Additionally, Apple is also going to release watchOS 5.2.1, Mojave macOS 10.14.5 and lastly tvOS 12.3. The tech giant also said that the 3rd-gen Apple TV 3 would also get the new software version 7.3.
The most significant headline among all the releases is the release of the new TV app. According to Apple, the TV application is making its way to iOS 12.3, tvOS 12.3, and Apple TV 7.3. By the looks of it, all the Apple TV Channels that will simplify the streaming services based on video subscription. It will bring all the services into a singular app. Apple will also handle the billing alongside all the contents which the company will curate.
New features in Apple IOS update
During the time of the launch, Apple TV Channels supports subscription channels such as Stars, Showtime, and HBO. Apple will also provide channels such as Epix, Acorn TV, Smithsonian, Cinemax. In the course of time, more services will make their way to the subscription service.
The new update of iOS 12.3 sports improvements, bug fixes for AirPlay 2, Apple News+ & Apple TV Remote. By the looks of it, this might be the last update before iOS 3 is widely circulated among the iOS devices. The iOS 12.3 also brought improvements to CarPlay, Apple Music among other services.
Apple said that the macOS 10.14.5 would only feature bug fixes and performance improvement. With watchOS 5.2.1, Apple is expanding the notifications of ECG & irregular heartbeat to Slovakia, Poland, Croatia, Iceland, and the Czech Republic. Sadly, the macOS will not receive the TV application until the fall of 2019 with the release of macOS 10.15.
Apple will unveil the updates and improvements at the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference from 3rd of June to 7th of June.
